Hi, I’m Amy Lynn-Cramer — a coach, communications strategist, and the founder of Cramer Connect.

For more than 25 years, I worked behind the scenes with leaders, teams, and global organizations including NBCUniversal, NBC News, SoundCloud, Fuse, and TechTV. My role was to help leaders communicate clearly and build cultures where people could thrive.

What I discovered along the way is this:

Today, my work focuses on helping individuals navigate career transitions, rediscover their confidence, and design work and lives that align with who they truly are.
